矿山井架天轮平台布置设计研究

摘要: 为了适应矿山井架设计,以甘肃新庄煤矿凿击井架例,提出用现行规范荷载工况组合对已有井架的分析方法,并对井架箕斗天轮和罐笼天轮垂直布置方式进行分析验证。研究结果表明:箕斗天轮与罐笼天轮垂直布置方式相较于常规布置方式只需进行局部加固即可满足使用要求,同时加固所需材料较少,大大减少对于地形的依赖性。

Abstract: Abstract:In order to adapt to mine derrick design,with a coal mine in GanSu drilling derrick instance,proposed the existing derrick method of analysis which use the load combination of current specifications,and to analyze and verify the derrick skip head sheave and cage head sheave vertical arrangement.The results showed that:skip head sheave and cage head sheave vertical arrangement compared to only partial reinforcement can adapt to the requirements of conventional arrangement,and requires less reinforcement material,greatly reducing dependence of the terrain, with more strong applicability.
